Every Saturday, the brothers here at the Virginia Xi Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon participate in morning street cleanings! We do this to give back to the community and help our fellow ODU residents. Throughout the semester, we have done them ourselves or with the help of other fraternities and sororities, as well as helping in our Interfraternity Council cleanups around campus. We also are on our way to adopting West 42nd Street on our side of campus! Here’s some pictures from our street cleaning events:
This photo is from our Interfraternity Council sponsored street cleaning! It not only includes us but Kappa Delta Rho and Sigma Nu!
This next photo is from the street cleaning/social we did with the sorority Kappa Delta. We were so happy to meet and clean the streets with these wonderful ladies!
Each Saturday, we are glad to go out and help pick up the streets around our campus because not only do we students live here, but local residents and their families! This is a job for all of us and we are so excited to be doing it and for everyone that has helped us throughout the semester!
